Furnace

Hot Air Generator
Our Hot Air Generator is made up of a stainless steel shell-type integral combustion chamber housed in a multi-M.S. shell. In the first pass, cold air is inserted by a suitable capacity blower fan, absorbs heat from the flue gas passage, and both hot flue gas and cold air travel in opposite directions in the passage, ultimately transferring 90 per cent heat to cold air and delivering hot air from the hot air outlet hole. The system is fully automatic, relying on a temperature-sensing device installed at the hot air outlet to turn on and off the burner at pre-set temperatures. A system is a package-type unit that is attached to a common base frame.

Material Loading Equipment for High Temperature
Met-high-temperature Tech’s conveyors are custom-engineered for specific applications and needs. When designing conveyors for high-temperature applications, the abusive conditions under which they must perform must be taken into account. While extreme heat is considered the normal operating environment, the equipment will begin relatively cool in actual operation. It will then be brought up to operating temperature and returned to ambient temperature on a regular basis for maintenance or other reasons. As a result, thermal expansion is an important factor in the design process. Met-engineering Tech’s team considers all of the smallest details during the design process. Fastener selection, lubrication, paint and finishes, expansion joints, and heat resistant materials are all critical to success.
